Key Responsibilities
The Student Counselor will provide guidance and support to undergraduate students throughout their academic journey. Key duties include:
- Advising prospective and current students on academic requirements, career options, and personal development.
- Developing and implementing student services programs.
- Assisting students with course selection, career planning, and administrative processes.
- Collaborating with faculty and university departments to ensure student success.
- Organizing special projects and recruitment activities.
- Resolving student concerns and acting as a liaison between students and university departments.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in student services, academic advising, or related roles in higher education.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of an academic environment.

- Annual Salary Range: $65,741 – $97,972 (based on experience and qualifications).
